Free shipping is not available for 15kg products.
Ontario and Quebec
Free shipping is available for orders over $50 within Ontario and Quebec.

Rest of Provinces (Except NL)
Free shipping is available for orders over $75 to all other Canadian provinces, excluding territories and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Typical Shipping & Handling Time for Free Shipping
Orders placed before 12PM EST are shipped on the same day. Orders made after that will be shipped on the next business day.
Free shipping typically take:
- 1 - 2 days for Greater Toronto Area
- 2 - 3 days for Ottawa, Montreal
- 2 - 5 days for other Central (ON, QC)
- 4 - 7 days for Metropolitan areas of Prairies (AB, MB, SK) and Maritimes (NS, NB, PEI)
- 5 - 8 days for Metropolitan areas of BC
- 7-10 days for Territories and Newfoundland and Labrador (YT, NT, NU, NL)

Flat Rate Shipping
- $12 flat rate applies to ON and QC for orders up to $49.99.
- $15 flat rate applies to all other provinces except NL for orders up to $74.99.

For our customers in Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador, a Flat Rate of $15 will apply to orders over $50. Otherwise, $20 flat rate will apply.
